Lovely day for a run along Offa's Dyke from Bodfari to Llandegla. Crossing the Clwydian range it took in some pretty big hills and had around 4500 feet of climbing.

Lots of ice on the tops and cold on the northern slopes. Sunny and warmer on the south facing slopes. 17.5 miles in the end meeting Anna at various points along the way.
